Meet Queenetta

 

Queenetta started her journey to a plant-based diet in January 2013, first by successfully completing a 3 day juice fast.  She has remained a plant-based vegan for 4 years and helps individuals and families implement more plant-based meals and raw juices into their diet. Juice fasting is a practice she recommends for the individual needing to "reset their palate to crave healthier foods," and to detox.  In 2016, she completed a full 21-day juice fast and frequently credits her first as being her foundation to a healthy view of nutrition.
